@ Rogan .. As discussed before the Rival mech will take a chain wrap of 33T so you're ratio's are now ok. Officially the Rival will not handle the 32 tooth cog. However, depending on your drop-out geometry and using a 10T upper pulley for a little more clearance then you may get lucky with you new Talbot frame and it will work without the upper pulley rubbing on the bottom of the big cog, but it can only be determined by trial and error.
