No, this isn't the bike I saw. That was a German riding a green bike which actually looked like a decently put together classic, with suitable LEL gizmos, rather than this bike which looks like it was found in a skip (apologies if its owner is reading this)
Still, it proves that you don't have to spend (much) money on a bike to ride the LEL.
