So a woman dies in Scotland due to a driver that was banned from driving years ago, rode off, spent time in jail for it, kills her and doesn't even get a life time driving ban. Ow and the sheriff mentioned her not wearing a helmet was a factor, even though there was 0 proof of that.
Somebody here does something possibly stupid/careless, that quite indirectly leads to somebody getting hurt and gets charged full whack. If he indeed cycled carelessly/dangerously, fair play for charging him for that but GBH?
I am just confused by the UK system...
And indeed hope the man recovers. Let's give somebody a seat in the bus if they need it :)
