I've had one in my roller bike for a few years, seems nice enough for those occasions when a suitable UN55 fitment isn't available. If you're shopping around for a bargain, it's worth including the search term 'Token', as they are the people who actually make them for Tifosi
There is a 103mm JIS version, but I can't find one with Italian threads. Bear in mind that, if they run true to form, the 102mm ISO one will be equivalent to a 100mm JIS, so a: your chainline will be all to fuck and b: there's a good chance your crank bosses will hit the BB cups.
