you'll need to buy something like this, the exact make and model depends on the hub you have.
You might also be able to make it work by putting an 8 speed campag cassette and chain on. I used a 9 speed shimano cassette and chain on a 9 speed campag bike for years - it worked fine because the cassette and chain matched and the spacing in the cassette was the same.
