I'm not disappointed by Sagan's green jersey, though he didn't distinguish himself, he was consistent.
this is the crux of it. We already have the GC for consistency - the sprinters jersey should be the sprinters jersey! Intermediate sprints are half-hearted at best and don't add anything to the race.
Also, I think the branding of it of is part of the problem - fuck calling it the Points Classification. Sprinters Classification or GTFO.
