My handlbars/ stem and brake lever got stolen on Hackney road between 3/7pm on Thursday of last week
I'm looking to replace them with similar components,

High Risers (Cut)
Goldfinger brake lever
If anyone can help me rebuild my bike id greatly appreciate it, also, is it worth reporting it to the police?
