Probably. They don't specify the surface width. At least at a glance I can't see it anyway.
These PX wheels have been around for a while and things have moved on a bit in CX tub world. Rims are now wider as per road rims, but instead of aero the upside is a much larger gluing surface and a better tyre profile once mounted.
