By seal do you mean the upper part of the top bearing? I have one somewhere. The star nut and associated bolt (cap bolt as you call it) are generic parts, they are not even part of a new Campag assembly and you can buy them anywhere for a couple of quid, just make sure it's for 1". Top cap I don't think I have a Campag one but might have a 1" one to get you on the road while you search ;-)
