This bike does seem to be very good value for money, a little too good.
As for eBay, any purchase made in the UK or EU will not incur additional taxes. Purchases from elsewhere may do but the seller should know. Some sellers get round import duty by marking the item as a gift and hope that customs don't inspect every package.
