How so? How can I be prosecuted for going above a certain speed when there is no requirement for me to know what speed I am going?
Policeman: "Do you know how fast you were going sir?"
Me: "Haven't got a fucking clue but then there is no legal requirement for me to know how fast I am going"
Policemen: "On your way sonny jim and go careful out there"
