Milly has picked up a corneal ulcer (an ulcer on her EYE..ouch)
Cue trip (out of hours) to vets and a few days of eye drops and painkillers and its improving - apparently had we left it much longer there is a good chance she would have lost the eye :(
Vet-opthamologist appt tomorrow to get it all checked out
Which all serves as a good reminder for Pet insurance... as from previous experience we would otherwise probably be looking at a bill in the region of £500-1000
