The HP Microservers can be found for about £190 at the moment but you get £100 rebate from HP.
I've got one rigged up as a XBMC server and very nice it is too! You can, with some fiddling mount 6 x 3TB (maybe 4TB) drives and 1 x SSD as the OS drive.
Windows Home Server is usualy found for £35 and a air cooled graphics card can be added for about £25.
