I decided that it's when it get into your throat's the worst part, coughing for half an hour trying to get that little tree semen out is horrible.

Oh yeah - couldn't work out why I was coughing like a 40 a day smoker after 25 miles today - that'll be it.

That and I went through Wood Green. I think I'm allergic.
