  • I have been doing 5 or 6 yoga classes a week since joining tri yoga. Mainly focusing on postural practice, Iyengar and anusara yoga, as I feel my cardio side should be addressed by cycling.

    Posture is improving dramatically. Have been doing both basic and advanced classes, and it has been great at refocusing my practice and such a diverse range of classes has left me feeling reinvigorated about doing yoga.
