Possibly going to sound utterly daft but sod it.
One of the brake levers (flat bar) on my friend's bike is not working - it just doesn't move when you squeeze.
She hasn't used it for a long time, but it's not rusted or anything like that. No obvious cause to look at it.
Any ideas as to what could be the problem?!
(sorry if this has been covered before, I tried UTFS but couldn't find anything)
