Follow the advice above. There is lots of advice on canti set up,UTFS or google, and I don't think aero levers will be a problem on those brakes. I ve old 105 levers on mine.
Have you changed the chain and cassette/ block?
There is, I think , a jumble @ Muswell hill @ the end of June- this might be a good place for parts.
BTW- I ride a tourer of a similar vintage. Have fun on yours!
