Everyone says they sound like a chainsaw, but on my Look 464/Omniums with stock ring/EAI Steel cog/Super Toughness/Finishline Wet or Wet Ceramic combo, with the chain tension just so it's damn near silent. Probably the quietest drivetrain I've ever used.
