The pedals are fine...one of the cleats was broken and now replaced and all is working perfectly.....only adding all this because i am now going to try to sell the pedals and get a set of Speedplay Zeros.....so making it clear to everyone that the pedals are fine....thankfully a LBS pointed me in the right direction.
