Phil Wood high flange 32H hubs laced 3x with Sapim DB SS spokes to black Mavic Open Pros. Rear is single fixed but you could run it with a freewheel if desired. Supplied with allen screw fixings, Phil lockring and rim tapes. Condition is excellent - rims are de-stickered, black finish virtually unmarked, rear never seen a brake, front minimal brake wear. £400+/- wheels new, yours for £280 collected SE1/Waterloo, prefer not to post.
