Loving the Witcomb. Started to restore one myself at the weekend - would be delighted if it comes out half as good.
Did Mario Vaz provide the decals, or Lloyds?

Mario took care of the decals. He said the downtube ones were original ones from Witcomb. I'm pretty sure he told me he uses Lloyds (don't know if it's his main source or if he has others, he probably do...)
