Oblivion: nearly everything i feared would be wrong with it was wrong with it*, but i really enjoyed it anyway. Gorgeous visual design, really strong soundtrack, simple but strong basic premise well executed.
The TRON aesthetic worked far better mixed up with real landscapes. The drones reminded me a bit of the guardians of Kadesh from Homeworld. Andrea Riseborough really shone.
(*Tom Cruise far too full of himself, Morgan Freeman drafted in for easy gravitas and credibility. A mixture of technological strengths and weaknesses that just don't add up. Lots of infodumps. A simplistic & clichéd luddite/nostalgic moral message.)
