  • 'I've looked at the thread. I am really sorry that the saddle hasn't reached you. but it was sent on that Tuesday. I can't give you a full refund as I'll end up without the saddle and no money for it so it will be a loss ya know. I'll give you half of what you paid back as i can't really afford to make a bigger loss on it.'

    For the sake of transparency this is the response. I've just replied. I feel like not enough consideration has gone towards the loss that I've made in not receiving what I paid for.
