Jeez I don't understand your argument. If you don't like the price, go somewhere else or do it yourself. Its as simple as that. Personally a good wrench at a bikeshop is absolutely worth paying a premium for. I know how to do most things on my bikes but I don't do em well and it takes me ages so I'd rather give it to someone who will deffo do it well.
15 quid for bb removal is not alot, especially as they could be doing other stuff in that time. Alot of shops charge a fair wack for fixing a puncture as for them its pain in the arse to have to do and people should be able to do it themselves. So they charge more. Deal with it or do it yourself
