  • I'm not saying they WILL win, Contador remains an overwhelming favourite, I don't think either can live with him in the mountains, but I believe having them both there and going for overall will strengthen them. As for getting ganged up on, it certainly didn't work in the last tour. They will miss the strength and experience of Mick Dodgers, but they have bought in Kiriyanka (sp?) and Cotaldo and given they don't have the hobbit to worry about they can field an extra climbing domestique if they want. Also remember Sky lost a domestique in the first week of the tour last year, and will still able to utterly dominate the race.

    Any let the fun begin....in a few months time

    Whoever is team leader for Sky could have two super-domestiques in the shape of Porte and Wiggins/Froome.

    I can't forsee Contador being a winner without dope.

    If Nibali concentrates on the Tour, not on the Giro, he could be interesting. His odds are certainly interesting me at the moment. You can get about 40/1 on him.
