Nice. I'm pretty keen on this idea now. You're right on the tri bars - I'll just use my road bike as-is. And I'll look into those classes, thanks. I like the idea of a triathlon, but I'm a poor swimmer, so if I do this, and if I enjoy it, then I can always have swimming lessons and go for a full one.
