Colnago_Costa has no issues with Mario [he gets loads of frame painted by MV] and the frame he did for me was fine...the thing is to let the frame cure for at least four weeks after spraying to allow the paint to harden.
PS: Lovely frame sadly too big for me...possibly the forks are not the original ones or someone in the frame's past has chopped them off?
