You are welcome to have a look, let me know nearer the time. It doesn't need a chain urgently, there is a bit of life left in the old one and since this is the first chain I would not assume to change the cassette at this time. It still shifts perfectly. I was just being frank as I don't think I have bought a used bike that didn't need a new chain but nobody ever mentions chain wear. The Vento wheels are much stronger than they look, I have done many miles on similar pairs and also used them on several builds, they stay pretty true unless you really abuse them. I can offer a brand new pair of slightly heavier, cheaper but even tougher Khamsin wheels if preferred.
I still have that Schwinn too which I could do with 9spd Veloce, new chain, new cables, new bar tape and the new Khamsin wheels for £420.
