I think possibly using solid bike tyres would help longevity of tyres.
Possibly some sort of wheel/rim that's solid and doesn't need truing, so something like a mag wheel made of strong plastic/composite with some sort of commonly found bearings in the hub.
Also, all the allen bolts, replaced with the same head size bolt-nuts, so that you could use spanners/pliers/hand made spanner. I think you could find some sort of tool for this easier than relying on allen keys. Adjustable wrench is something you'd be wise to be carrying with you.
I think it would be a mix of long lasting parts and easily scrounged replacement parts. As you're dodging the main populous, you're still likely to visit small villages and such, where you're likely to find a number of common items, such as washing machines/tumble dryers/boilers/cars/tractors etc.
