You're not really doing yourself any favours taking that attitude.
If you don't feel hard done by, why are you griping about having been called out?
To place an ad, you would have gone via this page: what does item 1) ask you to do? If you choose to ignore this (and get picked-up on it), then that's your look-out.
You've tried to charge more on this forum, than on another:
a) Paypal "gifts" are not prohibited; if you had read the T&C for classified ads, you would know that a seller should not ***insist ***on one, but if a buyer chooses to gift a payment (or make a bank transfer, pay cash etc) that's up to them;
b) Paypal charge 3%, or in your case £4.50: no need for a "a whole number estimate" that is more than double the actual charge;
c) if this was your reason for charging extra, why is only the combined purchase of the frame and forks subject to it and not the purchase of the frame or forks separately?

The reason that I am taking such a keen interest in this, is that when you first placed the ad, I subscribed to it because I am interested in buying it. By subscribing, I get a notification that someone has posted in the thread, which I how I know that I could have paid more for it here than elsewhere.
You and Kos, might think this is people picking you up just for the sake of it: I call it looking out for each other.
