Build a hypothetical post-apocalypse bicycle

What about some fluid bearing wheel and bb design? As long as you could find some oil/viscous fluid to occasionally top up .
Would also make sure it's pressurised, could use a bike pump?

Normal old fashioned steel loose ball hubs and bottom brackets can last many decades.
