Campag have only just started doing a 12-27 in 10spd, in the Centaur range so ~£65 discount new. The traditional 10spd options (i.e. what you will find used) are 12-25, 13-26, 13-29 (ignoring the close ratio options). Note also that the 13-26 is the largest you can run with a short cage rear mech, according to Campag you need a medium cage for the 29. You could probably get away with the 27 if you don't run it with the big ring (which obviously you shouldn't be doing anyway!!)
