Some miner niggles:
Those spacers, eurgh. The mechanic didn't want to cut the steerer down too much yet, which is probably wise, but I didn't have enough carbon 1" steerers so had to use a couple of silver, which look a bit rough, and a couple of 1 1/8" spacers, which means there's a bit of play in the headset. Going to order the right ones now, as I'm not riding it for a couple of days anyway.
I've not been riding all week because of my knee, and 15 minutes into my maiden voyage it made it very clear that my dreams of Swains this evening weren't going to happen.
Also, saddle needs to come forward and be levelled a touch so I get over the front end a bit more, as it's very very light there.
