I have reported London cab drivers for this sort of thing before (I had a "Your mum's a C**t" once....) - through the official route. Without video evidence nothing will actually happen (you do get e reply though) but I'd like to think that if they make a record of the events that perhaps, if there is a large number against a particular individual, that the Hackney carriage office would take some action - perhaps at license renewal time. Wishful thinking I know.

Where did you report them? I reported a black cab to TFL for physically ramming me off the road at a set of traffic lights not long ago and they didn't even bother to acknowledge the correspondence.
