I think you might have ordered a BMX freewheel. The thread for the sprocket on a track hub (as opposed to the lockring thread) is the same irrespective of make and is the same as the thread for a freewheel. I think there are small differences between ISO and Italian but they are minimal and shouldn't make a difference. BMX freewheels on the other hand are smaller.
