I may keep a look out for longer BBs - the way I see it, chainline shouldn't be a problem (?) as it's single speed, and I'm pretty sure the freewheel I'm using was about 2mm further out than the fixed cog on the other side of my hub anyway - so if anything a longer BB might improve the situation?
(not ever ridden fixed so know extremely little about chainline)
