Bad news from the guy that was doing the re-chrome on the fork, apparently they remove the old layer chemically and it seems the dropouts have been brazed and that chemical reacted on it. i'm really pissed of and he better give me some discount 'cause i'm gonna need to repair this... anybody have steel track forks, my HT is 14.5 cm. what kind of braze should they use on the old forks?
