Bad traders

Like you say it was out of my hands, and in parcel forces hands. There was nothing I could have done whilst parcel force were messing around. I left us asap..

But whilst this is online for all to see.... allow me to conclude

We have had a friendly exchange of emails.
I responded as soon as that email was picked up.
The parcel was delivered late, on saturday 8/12.
You had your refund instantly, on saturday 8/12 for the delivery charge at £8.99.

So to anyone reading this....

1. parcel force make mistakes (as they employ human beings), but they are the most reliable courier we have found.
   
2. I look after my customers. You know I ride bikes, and buy from other shops, I am just like you, but have a bikeshop, and probably bigger hair.
   
3. We get countless emails and phone messages everyday (over 400), we can not always respond to these instantly. It would be nice but its not always possible. That week was particularly busy, with a busted wrist, and a lot going on.
