The War on Britain's Roads (BBC Documentary / tabloid tv)

what amazed me is the stats in the program saying the average speed of a car in the city is now down to 11mph. Why on earth anyone would use a car is beyond me.

1. heavy/bulking object that need to be collected/delivered
   
2. when i know we're going not going to be done before the last train home leaves
