I'm guessing at the mechanism because I've never had a Look (pun intended) but my thoughts is the screw may be a cam and the clamps are followers .. simple interweb analysis?! Have you tried pushing the stuck one back? and then turning the screw to see if it moves back out into the clamp position again .. Just a thought
