Work Outings

We have to pay for our own Christmas do this year due to the current business climate.

So, we're going to a place in Covent Garden for some food and some beer.

I emailed them asking if it would be possible to get some alcohol free beer in as I quite enjoy it, and didn't fancy lime and soda all night.

No problem, apparently, just pay in advance for a case at £4 per bottle and they'll get it in for me.

Utter bollocks.

The company can write it off as "staff entertainment" which they're allowed to do.

Paying for your own drinks at a company bunfight? Tight cunts.
