Building a bike for a friend, looking for a frame and forks (preferably with headset), that has rack mounts.
He's 5 11 so something around 56/57cm. Open to ideas, considering gears or single-speed so anything between a ribble audax/ pompino or something a little older etc would be considered. Relatively low budget for the build so would def have to be sub £100 for f&f. Also open to paying more if parts are included - even up to a whole bike (his budget is around £200).
