Did a route earlier which I'd not ridden since right after the Olympics finished, during which I represented my country via the overlooked sport of professional sofa-laying. This devotion to cabbaging caused my return to this loop to be punctuated for rest-stops as often as China won another gold. Since then a return to more regular riding found me gobble up the miles today, powered by 2 squares of Lindt 70% dark chocolate and no fag-breaks - my kind of analysis, rather than Garmin/Strava bunkum. Saw several rabbits, one of which was dead, so not a contender in the cute-stakes as were the few living examples.
