At the top of Maida Vale right by edgware road I was speeding along this afternoon in the rain :/ bad idea.
I got to the first set of lights and slipped through just as they were going to amber, this woman then turned out from the left and I began to skid but it barely slowed me down, I hit the side of her care pretty fast, cut my arm. and twisted my bars round.
I was about to start cycling again when I see another fixed gear rider staring with his mouth open lol
Moral of the story, run a front brake especially in the rain.
