What if all the people gave that money to a cycle campaign, instead of Mobil, TfL and NCP?

As a not-serious campaign to make people stop and think about what cyclists actually mean, I think it works really well. As a genuine request, I think you'll have a handful who agree to do it. Which will be about a hundredth of the number you'd get anyway just on any day when it's raining.
