This is just a poster campaign though, right?

I mean, this would be asking people to double their journey to work time, spend on the cost of fuel, then when they eventually make it to work, spend another hour vainly looking for parking before they finally capitulate and let the NCP car park arse-rape their wallet.

That's quite a commitment to ask of folk.

Also asking folks to commit to probably being late for work, knowingly. Unless folks are their own boss they may be reluctant to join in. I wish it were otherwise though.
