Basically, it's prudent and convenient to have a place where only those in London can respond. Otherwise anyone who's been in London for two months will be having a say on some of those threads which, again, we don't necessarily want public.

And to say it was a mod decision is not at all right, V. It was discussed.

And finally, having access to a forum does not "make you" LPC. That's just retarded. But if people feel that way, let's change the name.
