It's not a KCNC stem. Its some random one and it's about £23.
It has steel bolts though, so if you want something light you'll need to switch them to Ti.
bmxed has one on his Giant TCR.
I'd look on ebay for seatposts. But otherwise 3T's have a nice clamping mechanism and are good quality, also here: http://www.lfgss.com/thread18766.html
