A builder has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a 58-year-old man was found dead in a park following a suspected hit-and-run collision. Police detained Malcolm Parkes after the man's body was discovered this morning in Jubilee Park, in the Sandwell area of Birmingham. Detectives believe that the man, who has not been formally identified, had been hit by a car.
