Things I didn't take that I wish I had taken - skiing base layer bottoms, and one of those small packing mattresses Ed was talking about.
The worst part of the trip was the temperature at night, with no sleeping mat, open ended tarp, no base layer and thin sleeping bag, most nights were very cold.
